Nagendra Prasad Dhakal
Chairman

Mr Nagendra Prasad Dhakal did his intermediate in science as well as in food science technology from Tribhuwan University.

He started his carrier as import and export manager of readymade clothes. At present he is stock trader as well as insurance agent, in American Life Insurance Company.

Guru Prasad Neupane
Director

Mr Guru Prashad Neupane started his carrier as a secondary school teacher in Morang in the year 1972. He joined the Nepal Rastra Bank And worked there with various capacities. He was Executive Chairman, General Manager of Ratra Banijya Bank for a short period. For the past ten years he has been the Executive Director of Arun Valley Hydro Power Development Company, kathmandu.He is Also board member of People Investment company.

He hold the Masters degree in Economics from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu as well as Thomas AT University, Bangkok.Mr Neupane has a number of books and article published. He has prepared reports on various small rural drinking water supply and sanitation programes. Mr Neupane has aslo delecired several lectures on various aspects of Nepalese economy in Nepal Rastra Bank and other Financial Institutes in Nepal.He is one of the member of Board of Directors in Nepal Electricity Authority(NEA) .

Sanjeev Neupane

Mr Sanjeev Neupane did his graduation from ACE Institute of Management in 2004 and from State University of New York in 2006.He has been studying Post-Graduate(EMBA) in Kathmandu University since 2006.

He started his carrier as Account Head in Arun valley Hydro Power Company Limited. He worked there for 3 years. Presently he is working in the capacity Finance Manager in Ridi Hydro Power Company Limited. He is the board member of Peoples’ Investment Company.
